Shipping policy

We process orders within 2-10 business days after receiving your order. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Upon receipt of your payment, orders are ready for dispatch in 1-4 business days after. Please note orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or during Danish holidays.

Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. For customers in Denmark and EU, orders will be sent via Post Nord and delivered to the designated service point selected during checkout. Please, note that Brodie Store is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

Occasionally, specific customer addresses might necessitate supplementary shipping expenses. This could arise due to factors such as remote locations or specialized delivery requirements.
